Douglas E. Wilson Plumbing was established in 1956 by our founder, Douglas, and his wife, Lorraine. As the business grew from the ground up, our original mission was to provide exceptional quality and dedicated service for both remodels and new construction in our community. Only the best plumbers joined our ranks as we sought journeyman professionals who extolled customer service with the all-important traits of honesty, cleanliness, punctuality, and exceptional knowledge of their craft.

Sixty-one years later, Wilson Plumbing remains one of Santa Barbara County’s most trusted companies. And we’re still a family-owned business: The next generation has been raising the bar for the past twenty-four years, led by daughter, Ronelle Wilson, and business partner, Mark Benedict, owners and operators focused on expanding Wilson’s reputation for expertise and craftsmanship that support remodels and new construction for all residential plumbing needs, including high-end, energy-efficient radiant heat that is so popular today.

Our family values are also reflected within our plumber ranks as Douglas and Lorraine’s two grandsons have joined Wilson Plumbing. So you can see, the dedication our family has to the Santa Barbara community continues for the long term.

About Mark Benedict
Mark Benedict joined Wilson Plumbing in 1980 as an apprentice in new construction projects, as well as remodels and repairs. Following a decade of exceptional service, Doug Wilson asked Mark to help take over the business with his daughter, Ronelle, and son, Randy. Since 1990, Mark has been instrumental in adopting state-of-the-art advances in high-end plumbing services, which include custom residential plumbing, hydronics, and energy-efficient radiant heating.

About Ronelle Wilson
Ronelle first joined the family business at age 16, working part-time throughout her high school years and continuing part-time while she pursued a business degree from Santa Barbara’s prestigious Westmont College. Upon graduation, father Doug recruited Ronelle to manage Wilson Plumbing. Our continuing success stems in large part to the breadth of services we offer to our local community, which spans Montecito, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpenteria.
